TRUFFLE MASS 2024

Enjoy your stay at La Vie de Château to discover or rediscover truffles.

The mass begins at 10:30 am in Saint Denis Church (doors open at 10:00 am). A giant screen is set up inside the Templar House for those who cannot find a seat in the church.

The so-called truffle mass is conducted by a specially chosen choir for the occasion, performing religious songs.

When the time for the offering arrives, those who have them give truffles instead of the traditional coin, followed by a truffle auction in the town square.

At the end, an aperitif is offered, and a grand meal featuring truffles takes place (approximately €75). Reservations begin in early November.

Event in Richerenches:

Every Saturday, from 9 am to 1 pm, from mid-November to mid-March. Brokers, truffle growers, tourists, and the curious gather on Avenue de la Rabasse (the name for truffle in Provençal) and Cours du Mistral.
